Where do I Park? There is ample parking adjacent to the Theater. The parking on Austin Avenue has a two-hour time limit until 5 p.m. Parking is unrestricted after 5 p.m. The lot directly behind the Theater is pay-to-park during business hours. This lot is reserved during Broadway events for Theater Members. An additional lot is located between 8th and 9th, next to the National Lloyds building. Handicapped parking is located directly in front of the Theatre Lobby. Just ask an usher for assistance in moving the reservation cones. For more information on Theater Accessibility, please contact the Box Office (254) 752-9797. What time should I arrive? Plan to arrive approximately one-half hour before the curtain time printed on your tickets. What if I lose my tickets? Generally, tickets can be re-printed by contacting the Box Office. What if I cannot attend a performance? Please call the Box Office prior to the day of the event if you would like to donate your seats back to the Theater for resale and receive a letter documenting your charitable contribution for tax income purposes. Unfortunately, there are no refunds. What do people wear? Informal attire is entirely appropriate for most events. Some patrons like to dress up for performances, while others choose more casual attire. Most gentlemen wear a coat and tie, and ladies often prefer a dress. Please keep in mind that we are a historic facility and our heating and air-conditioning may take a little longer to respond to the elements. Any other details I should know about? The Theater is a smoke-free facility. No food or beverages are allowed in the auditorium. During Broadway events, photography is not permitted. We ask that all cell phones, pagers, and audio-visual equipment be turned off during performances. The Box Office staff is available to monitor cell phones and pagers during all performances and in the event of an emergency you will be notified by the staff.
